Question

I have a strong feeling that my wife has been unfaithful to me throughout our marraige I ma now separated from her and she is pregnant. Can I request a court for a paternity test to be performed before any child support and cutody questions?

Yes. You would have to present the court with all the facts which support your belief. Of course, having separated on or about the date of conception would add credibility to your suspicions.

No. They have no right to arrest the grandmother. The bondsman can revoke the bond, however, and take the grandson into custody and take him to the jail. The full premium is generally paid before any bondsman will issue a bond. If the balance has not been paid, they would be totally correct in revoking the bond.

Question

prenuptial agreement

I got an online prepared by attorney prenuptial agreement. Does that mean we are okay to fill it out ourselves or do we still need to get an attorney?

Answer

Re: prenuptial agreement

Thank you for your question. You need to consult an attorney. I hope that the form that you ontained online was free. There is absolutely no way you should rely on an online form for something as important and as tricky as a prenuptial agreement. If this document is not drafted correctly, it is of no use whatsoever and can cost you thousands of dollars or more.
